By accessing or using the Pathways Challenge platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are a student under the age of 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on your behalf. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

The Pathways Challenge is open to students aged 12 to 15 years old who are enrolled in Grade 7, 8, or 9 at a recognized school. Parental or guardian consent is required for all participants, as all contestants are minors. Participants must provide accurate information during registration, including their real name, school affiliation, and date of birth. Misrepresentation of eligibility may result in disqualification.

To participate in the Pathways Challenge, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. Student accounts require verified parental or guardian consent before activation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All participants must adhere to the official competition rules published on the platform. Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of dishonest conduct will result in immediate disqualification. Decisions made by the judging panel are final. Participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect toward fellow competitors, organizers, and judges at all times.

All content on the Pathways Challenge platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, questions, assessments, and software, is the property of Pathways Challenge or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Participants retain ownership of their original submissions but grant Pathways Challenge a non-exclusive license to use, display, and share submissions for promotional and educational purposes.

The Pathways Challenge platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability, we do not warrant that the platform will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pathways Challenge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
